Whenever Iran has an election of some sort, its agents host polling stations all around America attempting to further legitimize itself. Last time this happened, authorities were able to bust up many of them. The SMCCDI has information on how you can help intervene.

The list of cities and addresses where these polling stations will be set up has been released. If you are a blogger near one of these stations, you may want to check it out.

There is a station set up a few miles from my house and I will be investigating first thing in the morning and will keep you posted as soon as I find out anything.

UPDATE 9:45am: It’s real. I just stopped by the place and asked at the front desk for the polling station, as if I were going to vote. She told me that the guys who were setting up were going to open at eight, but put it off until three. So it will be open from 3p.m. until 9p.m. I’ll be going back this afternoon to have another look when it’s open and will see what I can do.
